Legal advisor on new technologies for the Estonian Ministry of Justice, where he focuses on promoting trustworthy and human-centric AI in both Estonia and the EU. He actively engages in the negotiations of the EU AI Act and other digital regulations. In addition to his advisory role, Henrik lectures on Intellectual Property law at the University of Tartu. Previously, he practiced IT/IP law at Hedman Partners Law Firm, advising tech firms on regulatory compliance for emerging technologies and business models, and has contributed to numerous academic projects on AI governance.
