W3N is for people who show up with intent to build with impact. We prioritize depth over scale and create space for honest conversations, meaningful connections, and shared experiences. From talks and workshops to cultural formats and informal moments beyond the stage, W3N is designed to deliver perspective, context, and momentum.
Over the years, W3N has welcomed participants from a wide range of countries, including China, Japan, South Korea, the United States, Brazil, Portugal, France, Finland, and Switzerland, alongside strong regional and European representation. This mix reflects W3N’s ability to attract people who intentionally travel to Narva from very different parts of the world, bringing diverse perspectives into a shared, focused setting.
W3N is not a typical tech conference. It brings together people from technology, culture, creative industries, education, and entrepreneurship who are interested in how emerging technologies shape real life. You don’t need a technical background to participate - curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage are enough.
W3N attracts a self-selecting audience. The location, format, and pricing reward early commitment and intentional participation, which naturally filters for people who are actively building, creating, or contributing. THE VENUE
Nestled within the iconic structure of the once-mysterious Soviet factory "Baltiets", - VabaLava Complex merges Narva's illustrious industrial past with its flourishing cultural present.
HISTORIC CITY
Narva has always been a centre of international trade, outside of its military past. In Viking times the ancient trade route named as „The Way from Varangians to Greeks“ started here.
THE EDGE
Narva is home to two massive, medieval fortresses - Narva Castle and the Ivangorod Fortress - that sit directly across from each other, separated only by the Narva River.
